You are a mist that appears for a little while and then vanishes.\u201d James 4:14<\/p>\n<p><strong>Applying God&#8217;s Word<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>In chapter #22 of Matthew Kelly\u2019s book \u201cResisting Happiness\u201d, he talks about wasting Sundays. He says that the average life expectancy for a male in America is 76 and for a woman it is 81 years of age. Therefore, each person can experience anywhere from 3,952 to 4,212 Sundays during their life.<\/p>\n<p>If I live to age seventy-six, I will only see about 299 more Sundays. I have had seasons when I have looked at Sundays as just the seventh day of the week. Sundays are very special to me these days. They are a time of reflection, reaching out to others in need, gathering with folks at church and spending time with family and\/or friends.<\/p>\n<p>Matthew says, \u201cIf you don\u2019t waste Sunday\u2019s, you will be less likely to waste any other day of the week.\u201d<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accounting of God&#8217;s Word<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Do I know how many Sundays I have left?
