He\u2019s out to steal my soul from God or do everything he can to kill and destroy it. His job is to separate me\/us from God. When we make God a priority, Satan makes us a priority. Satan has a \u201cWanted Dead or Alive\u201d notice out on each of us.<\/p>\n<p>One of my biggest fears about being close to God was the price I might have to pay. Interesting, huh? Instead of focusing on what it would cost not to know God, I was focused on what it would cost to know Him.<\/p>\n<p>Has the last thirty-two years of my life been a knock-down drag-out fight with Satan? Yes! I\u2019ve come to realize that there is a price to pay for an intimate friendship with Jesus and life to the full. The good news is that this life is very short in comparison to eternity.<\/p>\n<p>Hell? All I need to know about hell is that God won\u2019t be there. That means a very long miserable existence for those who end up there.<\/p>\n<p><strong>Accounting of God\u2019s Word<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Am I protecting my soul through prayer, scripture and an intimate relationship with Jesus?
