My good friend Steve, age 62, died last Friday after a two-year fight with cancer. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Steve and I worked together, prayed together, laughed together, cried together and gave retreats together. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
After Steve invited Jesus into his life, inviting others to do the same became a way of life. He was a powerful witness. There was no quit in Steve. He embraced Jesus to the very end, with dignity, courage, grace and a truckload of faith. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
\u201cIt\u2019s what a man does after he loses everything that defines who he is.\u201d Steve was one of those men who lost it all, but gained a relationship with Jesus Christ in return. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
At the end of the day, God is saying to Steve, \u201cWell done, good and faithful servant. Come and share your master\u2019s happiness!\u201d! Matt. 25:21 <\/p>\n\n\n\n
