Eighteen years ago, my daughter Jackie, lost her first child, Niccolo, full term. She was a key employee in my office, with plans of taking over someday. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
Shortly after Niccolo\u2019s death, Jackie resigned and told me she wanted to dedicate her life to raising her children. Jackie wanted to be present in her children\u2019s lives and be the best mom she could be. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
I had a chance to spend time with my granddaughters on Mother\u2019s Day. I asked each of them what they wanted to be when they grow up. Jackie has set a good example, because two out of three said they wanted to be a mom. <\/p>\n\n\n\n
