{"id":869,"date":"2020-12-13T02:29:17","date_gmt":"2020-12-13T02:29:17","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/www.act-ministries.org\/blog\/?p=869"},"modified":"2020-12-13T02:30:00","modified_gmt":"2020-12-13T02:30:00","slug":"in-the-end","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/www.act-ministries.org\/blog\/?p=869","title":{"rendered":"\u201cIn The End\u201d"},"content":{"rendered":"\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Absorbing God&#8217;s Word<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">\u201cI long to see you&nbsp;so that I may impart to you some spiritual gift&nbsp;to make you strong; that you and I may be mutually encouraged by each other\u2019s faith.\u201d&nbsp; Romans 1:11-12<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Applying God\u2019s Word<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">It was my birthday this week and I received three incredible notes from my granddaughters. The first said, \u201cGrandpa, thank you for always being such a positive role model. Your faith inspires me to find God in each day.\u201d The second said, \u201cGrandpa, you always influence me to be a better version of myself, which also helps me be nearer to God.\u201d The third said, \u201cGrandpa, you have done so much for me and have brought me closer to God.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Talk about imparting some spiritual gifts to make me strong. Talk about being encouraged by a younger generation\u2019s faith. I was touched, to say the least. I was left without words, which is very rare. Then my oldest granddaughter said, \u201cGrandpa, I\u2019d like to write and edit all your \u201cChallenges\u201d for publication.\u201d That has been suggested by others, but I\u2019ve never acted on it.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Some think that faith and belief in God is slowly slipping away. Historically, people of faith have always been under attack and\/or persecution. Many have died to keep the name of Jesus alive and to impart spiritual gifts that will strengthen the faith of future generations. Be encouraged!
