Applying God’s Word
A couple weeks ago, I had an electrocardiogram to see if my ticker is working properly. I had the opportunity to watch my heart on the monitor, as the technician moved the ultrasound wand to different positions.
My technician (Paige) and I discussed just how miraculous the human heart really is. That conversation opened the door for us to talk about our Christian faith. Maybe that’s why God wanted me to have an electrocardiogram. I get the results on Monday.
Either way, I know that sooner or later my heart will fail. Until it does though, God will continue to be the strength of my heart and my portion.
