“Power of Prayer”

Absorbing God’s Word

“Again, truly I tell you that if two of you on earth agree about anything they ask for, it will be done for them by my Father in heaven.”  Matthew 18:19

Applying God’s Word

Last Sunday, I solicited your prayers for my granddaughter Caramia and you responded with an abundance of love for her and our family. Thank you. Last Sunday, was also Epiphany Sunday. Let’s just say that day is celebrated for numerous reasons, one being a day of miracles. On that day, Caramia satisfied the medical staff’s protocol for eating and was released from the hospital. She still has some work to do.

Caramia saw every prayer that was sent to me on her behalf. She loved them. During the email process, many folks asked for prayers in return. I wrote prayers to some, prayed with others on the phone and added a few folks to our daily prayer list.

I believe that joining in prayer with one or two other people is very powerful. It’s been said, if we don’t ask the answer is automatically No.

Accounting of God’s Word

Who have I prayed with or for recently?
