Applying God’s Word
The young Limo driver was on time to take us to the airport. He was full of energy and beyond helpful with making everything just right.
As we drove away from the house, we asked him how life was going for him. He replied, “I’m blessed”. He went on to explain that although he did not grow up in a Christian family, he recently joined a bible study, is seeking a relationship with God and is excited about how that relationship will manifest itself in his goal to be a great song writer.
His enthusiasm and hope for living out his purpose was infectious. It inspired Louise and I to talk about our relationship with Jesus; to share how powerful and rewarding it is to live each day fulfilling God’s purpose.
Prior to getting out of the Limo, we prayed with him and for him. Then he hugged us goodbye.
