“Do not forget to show hospitality to strangers, for by so doing some people have shown hospitality to angels without knowing it.” Hebrews 13:2
Applying God’s Word
Prior to the start of our Christmas church service, I turned to different folks and wished them a Merry Christmas.
As I greeted the young man and his wife behind me, I noticed he had a walker. I asked, “Work injury?” I thought he said, “Struggling with some medical issues.” He went on to explain that he was doing dialysis three times a week.
What seems impossible, to us, is not impossible for God. I extended my hand and asked if I could say a healing prayer for him. He took my hand and his wife put her arms around him. God is in charge of the details.
Later on in the service, he thanked me for the beautiful Christmas gift. We were both on the receiving end, actually.
